Our Elevate Connections Program empowers our neighbors in navigating the resources available in the Branson area. We connect people to programs within Elevate Branson as well as referrals to agencies with the Branson/Springfield area.
ELEVATE CONNECTIONS
As an Elevate Connections partner, for $100 or more a month, you assist in providing services and resources to our neighbors in our community. When you refer our neighbors in need to Elevate Connections, you empower them with access to the resources and next steps they need for sustained transformation.
What Elevate Connections Does:
- Acquisition of ID’s, birth certificates, and social security to seek employment
- Access to mail for individuals without a permanent mailing address
- Help with applications and paperwork
- Transportation to doctor’s appointment, DMV, and food pantries
- Basic Case management
