Volunteers will make sandwiches, assemble bags, fold resource sheets and color bags. This opportunity is for all ages with a place for anyone who has a desire to serve.

This is a great opportunity for groups of 5-10 people, so bring your friends, your bible study group, your family, your team, or your office.

Volunteers are needed to deliver sack meals to those living in the weekly stay motel rooms. Meal delivery volunteers are an important outreach of our organization. Not only do they meet the physical needs of our neighbors, they also help folks get connected to local resources and next steps.

This opportunity is for all ages, but volunteers under the age of 16 need to serve alongside a parent or guardian.

This is a great opportunity for groups of 5-10 people, so bring your friends, your bible study group, your family, your team, or your office.

Volunteers work together with staff to help sort through donated items and create a welcoming atmosphere for our shoppers. This might include sorting and hanging clothes, cleaning merchandise, testing electronics, or whatever the need may be to optimize our ability to provide great items for great prices.

Call ahead to schedule a shift. Volunteers must be older than 18 or with a parent or guardian.

This is a great opportunity for groups of 2-4 people.

Mentors are the key ingredient to our workforce development program. Volunteers who choose to mentor are paired with a student and attend class with their student. Mentors encourage their student to stay committed to the curriculum and goals that they are setting for themselves. By developing our workforce and maximizing each student’s potential, you are helping provide the only real and lasting path out of poverty for our community.

This is a great opportunity to use your handyman skills to help the facility look great for those who enter. There is always something to work on in our large facility that requires lots of care. If you have interest, experience, and know-how, contact us to schedule a time for you to help our Facilities Coordinator with the many projects he has on his long to do list.

If you want to volunteer but don’t know where to start, our Meal Delivery and Outreach Program is a great place to begin. We prepare and deliver about 500 meals a month. The simple gesture of offering a meal opens the door to other programs and services we offer, where we utilize mentors, business people, health care professionals, educators, communicators, and child care volunteers. If you have the desire to serve, we can find a place for you!
