It's Been An Amazing Journey

“If you want to know what people mean by what they say, watch what they do. Actions don’t only speak louder than words; actions should be used to interpret words.” – Andy Stanley

Thank you so much for your volunteer time, your financial support, your prayers, and your donations. Because of you we were named the 2013 Charity of the Year. With God leading and over 100 volunteers each week, made up of diverse members of the community, we have achieved some unbelievable things in our community.  Please watch the video to see how lives are being changed, transformed and restored.  Through your continued investment as our ministry partner we will turn our community upside down and continue to change lives one meal at a time!
JOBS for LIFE Update

“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”

In March, we announced our plans to bring a national program called Jobs for Life

to the local area.  We have now had 3 graduating classes with 65% of the graduates currently employed.  We are seeing hope, dignity and value restored.

Through Jobs for Life, Jesus Was Homeless is be able to continue to engage members and volunteers in purposeful outreach to transform lives beyond temporary hand out assistance.

Jobs for Life Business Partners gain qualified employees while leading transformation in the community and Jobs for Life Students address their core heart issues and roadblocks to achievement while developing a solid character based on biblical principles.

When you invest in a student by becoming a Mentor/Champion you help to transform someone’s life.
